About the project
Panorama Vozdovac complex, project which is signed by Center for urban development (CEP), includes four blades with a total of 187 residential units of various structures and 6 retail units on the ground floor for commercial purposes. Residential area is designed to suit all generations and different life styles. Apartments are designed according to latest trends, and are distinguished by exceptional functionality, bright and spacious living rooms, separate sleeping units, a sense of privacy and comfort and over all selections of top-quality materials used for construction and finishing works.
This residential-business complex will also have a three level underground garage, as well as new Škoda sales and service center, who’s authorized dealer is Alpros. Between the blades a small green park is planned in which tenants will be able to relax and children to play safely.
Construction of the complex will be developed in three stages, within the first stage underground floors will be built beneath the entire plot followed by first two lamellas (blades). The deadline for completion of the first phase is September 2018; and for the completion of the entire complex September 2019.
Investments total value is 13 million euros; the project is financed with the support of ProCredit Bank.
