Object A

The construction of the last residential and business building "A", which will have 140 apartments of different structures and sizes, has begun in the settlement of "Zemunske kapije". Total number of floors of the building: Po1 + Po2 + Pr + 5 + Ps. The building is positioned along Cara Dušana Street.

Zemun Gates

The Construction Directorate of Serbia is building a residential and business complex 'Zemun Gates' on the site of the former barracks "Aleksa Dundić" in Zemun. The location is bordered by Cara Dušana, Zadužbinska, Šumadijska and Filip Višnjića streets. The residential-business complex covers an area of about 6 hectares, will have 8 buildings, seven residential with a total of 1,440 apartments and one business, or 200,000 m2 of residential and business space.

The complex is building apartments of various structures, from one-bedroom to four-bedroom, ranging in size from 31m2 to 93m2. Garage spaces are planned in the underground floors of the buildings, and parking spaces in the ground floor around the buildings. Commercial facilities are planned on the ground floor of some buildings. The complex will have three landscaped park areas with children's playgrounds and space for rest and recreation.

Location

The central square within the settlement is designed as a pedestrian zone equipped with attractive furniture and lighting, as well as numerous commercial facilities such as restaurants, cafes, shops. 'Zemun Gates' are well connected with all parts of Belgrade, thanks to the proximity of the highway and the new Pupin Bridge.
